Come on out on and get your membership form submitted...get your 2024 initial mileage reading done...then ride in the Polar Bear Run!!  Read on...

The drive is on! Get your 2024 HOG Chapter Membership Enrollment and Release Form completed before January 31st to renew your HOG Chapter 4052 membership.

PLEASE do the following so we expidite the process with the crowd at RHD:

Get your form here...2024 Form...complete it online, print it, sign/date it, then bring it with you!  (Note:  Tab from one editible line to the next.)

This is a HOG CHAPTER 4052 MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT.

New to 2024...we have dues for those 2023 members not completing 4 HOG Chapter related rides or events in 2023!!  Membership has its privileges and so does participation!!!  Get your newly signed form in by January 31st.

On February 1, 2023--only those completing the form (those with COMPLETED 2023 signed & SUBMITTED forms) will be considered a HOG Chapter 4052 member.  On February 1, non-members will no longer have access to our website and/or Facebook page.  

NOTE:  We will take receipt of digital sent enrollment forms to get you immediately signed up as a member---we MUST receive the original signed (wet-signature) copy of the form by January 31st or membership is null/void until we get the hardcopy/signed form.  Feel free to drop-off signed enrollment forms @ RHD (orange HOG folder by Sales Tower).

Open Event: This event is open to Chapter members, National H.O.G. members and other guests as desired.
