H.O.G. Chapter Vol Event - Trail of Tears Parking

We are up to 22 volunteers but you are still needed (rotate/give breaks).  Please RSVP to volunteer!

When you arrive:  Bikes:  Park under the canopy to the east side of RHD; Cars:  Park in the AAA Cooper lot (located on the eastside of Truckworx)

We have our Team Leads identified. Team Leads--please show to RHD at 7am. Members--please show at 8am.  

All volunteers:  Please check-in with Rich & Janet P. at the table near the Service door entrance (inside showroom).  Location assignments will occur/Team Lead will let you know the expectations.

WE NEED YOUR HELP H.O.G. CHAPTER 4052 MEMBERS!


If you are a member of H.O.G. Chapter 4052, please plan to join us (just show up) as we provide volunteer support to our sponsoring dealership, Redstone H-D, as the Trail of Tears riders roll into Redstone H-D!  We could use your help parking the motorcycles by guiding them to their parking location...simple but important stuff!

If available, please plan to show at 8 am.  You can park on the east side of RHD (canopy side). You should be finished by 1:30 pm.  Wear comfortable clothes/shoes based on the weather that day.  There will be a volunteer check-in point near the coffee bar/service door entry within RHD.  We'll get you a traffic vest and we'll get you off to one of the parking locations for additional info from your parking Team Lead.  

NOTE:  We are looking for 5 Team Leads - Please contact Deno @ [email protected] to volunteer.

Each Team Lead will take responsibility of a parking area detail and we'll assign additional team members to your team on event day!

Note:  This is a H.O.G. Chapter participation event.

Open Event: This event is open to Chapter members, National H.O.G. members and other guests as desired.
