Details of this Branson trip are finalized. Overnight stay reservations for the trip in/out in Jonesboro, AR are set...we have a group rate available. We will cancel the remaining hold on these rooms on 9/3/2024...please jump in to go prior to this date if interested! NOTE: Branson lodging reservations are required of each attending individual and made on your own (FYI).
Here is the updated/final itinerary:

FYI...a group text will be created by August 11 of all members RSVP'd to participate in this ride. The text will be used to keep everyone informed of ride information as needed. Additionally, the ride route information will be finalized/provided NLT August 23, 2024. If anyone has inputs on points of interest to hit enroute to Branson, please contact Deno.

Day 1 (9/8) - Bass Pro Shops/Renegade H-D (Dealer Check-In)/Wilson Creek Battlefield or Hideout H-D (Dealer Check-In) Note: We may hit all of this depending upon the timeframe involved.
Day 2 (9/9) - Pig Trail Scenic Byway Ride (50 Rides/One Nation) / Pig Trail H-D
Day 3 (9/10) - Bagnell Dam Loop (50 Rides/One Nation)

Our pre-planning meeting approved the "Jonesboro, AR" route and the Hampton Inn Jonesboro as our overnight stop in/out of Branson.
Jonesboro, AR Lodging - September 6 (inbound) and September 13 (outbound): Hampton Inn Jonesboro (2900 Phillips Dr., Jonesboro, AR 72401). NOTE: We will receive a group rate for each night. Please RSVP for the trip and we will send you the room booking information (room hold information is being sent from the hotel--those RSVPd should receive room reservation info via email by 6/28/24).
Branson, MO Lodging - September 7-12: Please notify [email protected] if you are looking for others to cost-share a VRBO/AirBnB. We will link up those sending an email.

WHAT YOU CAN DO NOW---start arranging your stay location in Branson (AirBnB, VRBO, or hotel).
Closed Event: Chapter activities are conducted primarily for the benefit of H.O.G. Chapter members. Closed Events are those events open to Chapter members and one guest per member. All guests must sign an event release. Be aware, all rides and events are subject to change or cancellation due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
Impairment Policy: The consumption and use of alcohol is a serious personal responsibility involving the safety of family, riding friends, and the individual HOG member. Alcohol consumption before or during a motorcycling activity is not safe, responsible behavior. Redstone Chapter #4052 requests you “think before you drink” with the above in mind and refrain from consuming any number of impairment drinks that total more than the number of wheels you are on. Riders whose skills are observed or suspected to be impaired by alcohol or drugs before riding cannot join the ride.
Photography Policy: Photographing, filming, recording and videotaping of activities and events will be occurring Redstone Chapter events. By entering the H.O.G.® event area, you irrevocably grant permission to the Harley-Davidson Motor Company® and its agents to photograph, film, record and/or videotape you and use (and authorize the use of) your name, image, likeness, voice, and/or biographical or other information in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed in perpetuity for any and all purposes.
