HOG Chapter Ride - Clarkson Covered Bridge

Saturday August 27th, come join RC Jeff C. as he leads a ride to the Clarkson Covered Bridge. 

Plan to meet at Redstone H-D around 9:30am with KSU @ 10:00am. 

We'll hit the Houston Historic Jail after the bridge.  For those that avoid getting locked up, we'll head across the street for some lunch at Chef Troy's Talk of the Town.

4. Turn left onto Mooresville Rd
5. Slight right onto the I-565 W ramp to Decatur
6. Merge onto I-565 W
7. Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 1 for I-65 S toward Birmingham
8. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for I-65 S/Birmingham
9. Take exit 308 for US-278 toward Cullman/Double Spgs
10. Turn right onto US-278 W
11. Turn right onto Bethel Battle Ground Rd
12. Turn left onto Co Rd 1043
13. Arrive at location: Clarkson Covered Bridge
14. Head southeast on Co Rd 1043 toward Bethel Battle Ground Rd
15. Turn right onto Bethel Battle Ground Rd
16. Turn right onto US-278 W
17. Turn left onto Co Rd 63
18. Arrive at location: Houston Historic Jail
19. Head northwest on Co Rd 63 toward Co Rd 61
20. Turn right onto US-278 E
21. Turn left onto Co Rd 41
22. Turn right onto AL-36 E
23. Turn left onto the I-65 N ramp to Nashville
24. Take exit 340 for I-565 E toward Huntsville
25. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for I-565 E/Huntsville
26. Take exit 2 for Mooresville Rd
27. Turn left onto Mooresville Rd (signs for Greenbrier Rd)

Open Event: This event is open to Chapter members, National H.O.G. members and other guests as desired.  All riders and passengers must sign a release. 

Impairment Policy: The consumption and use of alcohol is a serious personal responsibility involving the safety of family, riding friends, and the individual HOG member.  Alcohol consumption before or during a motorcycling activity is not safe, responsible behavior.  Redstone Chapter #4052 requests you “think before you drink” with the above in mind and refrain from consuming any number of impairment drinks that total more than the number of wheels you are on.  Riders whose skills are observed or suspected to be impaired by alcohol or drugs before riding cannot join the ride.

Photography Policy: Photographing, filming, recording and videotaping of activities and events will be occurring Redstone Chapter events.
